We arrived to the middle of the season and it is time to make a point; there are good things and less good things and we need to make sure we're all at the same page. Being in a team is like being in a relationship, to make something out of it, you must invest time, energy and passion, however, that's what make it unique!
As it will be much easier live, I propose then to make a team meeting where everyone, whatever he has to say, will be heard. The Idea is to put everything on the table (objectives, progression, attendance to training, diva's attitude...) and discuss about it.
I remember peacocks getting out on top of league D ready to compete with whatever will come against us, our team is more than worth fighting for!
The sooner we can meet, the better, I propose to meet at Café du Commerce (near the training gym) either tommorow (09.12) at 8pm or next Monday at 19h15 before training as everyone should be available at this schedule. We'll advise in case these dates are really problematic on the whatsapp group.
